Elaine began her nursing career at St. Anthony's in Denver. The last two years she was in Delta, Colorado for a year and then her last year was in Enumclaw, Washington. In Colorado from 2009 to 2010 she both worked at Delta County Memorial Hospital and taught practical nursing students at Delta-Montrose Technical College. In her spare time she was working on her Masters online at Walden. In Enumclaw she was instrumental for planning, teaching and coordinating the hospital move from the old Regional Hospital to the new facility: St. Elizabeth's Hospital.
